Established in 2019 under the leadership of Managing Director Miss Lindelani Maureen Tshivhase, Gundo Evolution is committed to providing strategic sourcing solutions that address the evolving needs of both private and public sector clients. As a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor recognised by the Department of Trade and Industry, we take pride in supporting economic transformation and sustainable growth.

Lindelani Maureen Tshivhase

Lindelani Maureen Tshivhase is the visionary CEO and Director of Gundo Evolution, a company she leads with passion and expertise. With a B-Tech Degree in Internal Auditing from UNISA and an Executive Development Program and Management Advancement Programmefrom Wits Business School, Lindelani is equipped with a strong academic foundation. Her Leadership Program Certificate from Duke University further enhances her strategic leadership capabilities.

Lindelani’scareer is marked by extensive experience with prestigious blue-chip companies such as Afrox, ArcelorMittal, and First National Bank. She has held various roles, progressing from junior to management positions in Banking, Finance, Customer Service, and Pricing.

Her dedication to the industry is also reflected in her tenure as a trustee for the South African Iron and Steel Institute (SAISI) (COSM), where she contributed her expertise to shaping the sector. Lindelani inspires and drives transformation at Gundo Evolution and beyond as a dynamic leader.
